• It takes about 5 minutes to fill the application online or by toll-free phone interview.
• We formulate all required legal documents for your signature.
• We then create a unique process-tracking computer file using our custom database technology.
• We obtain a Certified copy of your Criminal Record from the Canadian Police Information Centre (CPIC) in Ottawa.
• If applying for purge we will petition the arresting police service.
• If applying for discharge we will petition the RCMP.
