We compile the necessary personal information and create a computer file specific to your case. We complete all the necessary forms and obtain all the documents required to support your application.
The documents we obtain include: a list of all your convictions, charges and discharges throughout Canada; court information confirming completion of your sentence(s); local police reports from each area where you have lived over the past five years; and, if applicable, a military conduct sheet. Record Suspension Documentary Requirements
Once all the information is collected, we petition the Parole Board of Canada (PBC) for a Record Suspension on your behalf. As your representative, we receive and handle all communications from the PBC and other government agencies.
Our proactive role and familiarity with the process will ensure all the documents required are obtained in a timely manner and that your case is processed expeditiously. We keep you informed at each stage of the process. It takes 6 to 18 months from the time the application is filed with the PBC.
