    • Providing Postage Paid Business Reply Mail envelopes to ensure secure, priority delivery of your mail at no cost to you.

    • Obtaining a Certified copy of your Criminal Record from the Canadian Police Information Centre (CPIC) in Ottawa. The record will list all your convictions, charges and discharges throughout Canada.
    • Obtaining copies of the documents at each court in which you were convicted, as necessary.
    • Obtaining confirmation of fines paid, as necessary.
    • Obtaining Local Police Checks (LPCs) for each police jurisdiction you may have lived over the past five years.
    • Obtaining a copy of your Military Conduct Sheet, if necessary.
    • Reviewing all forms and files for any errors or omissions.

    In addition, Premium Service includes:

    • Petitioning the National Parole Board for your Pardon on your behalf.
    • Receiving and managing all communications from the police, courts and National Parole Board.
    • Petitioning the National Parole Board (NPB) for summary consideration status. This involves the submission of additional court documents and if accepted your pardon application is fast tracked by 6 months or more.
    • Providing a personally assigned case management team to answer your questions.
    • Providing signed, written confirmations that you have applied for a pardon to third parties including in the letter the name of the assigned Files Manager the party may call to confirm the letter.
    • Providing a bound copy of the Criminal Records Act which governs the granting of pardons and the relevant sections of the Canadian Human Rights Act which prohibits discrimination based on a pardoned record, for your reference.
    • Providing photocopies of requested documents at no additional charge.
    • Sending your documents by secured, priority mail.
