Our Service Commitment

  1. Pardon Services Canada guarantees to provide all services expeditiously.
  2. Pardon Services Canada’s Privacy Policy guarantees to keep your private information confidential and secure.

Service Terms & Conditions

  1. By completing an application on-line, by phone or in person, the client is providing authorization and consent to contract Pardon Services Canada to act as the client’s legal representatives.
  2. By contracting with Pardon Services Canada, the client agrees that all service fees are due at the outset of each application to ensure prompt processing of our client files. This may include conducting an interview and advising on appropriate action; collecting and transcribing the relevant forms; creating an individual progress tracking computer file; and, reviewing all forms and files for any omissions.
  3. By applying for the Pardon Services Canada Guaranteed Financing Payment Plan Option, the client agrees and consent to an interest charge of 0.021 per month.
  4. By providing credit card details to Pardon Services Canada for the purpose of making payments, the client agrees that this information may be retained on the account until the service is completed, and may be used to automatically charge any and all disbursement fees owing on the account.
  5. Non-payment of Service Fees and Disbursements, in a timely manner may result in the client file being discontinued unless the client has made other payment arrangements with Pardon Services Canada.
  6. The client affirms that all information provided is true and correct to the best of his/her knowledge.
  7. The client agrees to maintain consistent communication with Pardon Services Canada to ensure all information is updated. Pardon Services Canada will discontinue the processing of an application and close the client file if unable to contact the applicant or mail is returned undeliverable and no change in mailing address has been received within 6 months.
  8. All closed files are subject to a minimum $200.00 Re-Activation Fee.
  9. All NSF and declined credit card payments are subject to a $40.00 administration fee.
  10. Should the client decide to cancel the service for any reason, a completed Request for Cancellation Form should be returned to Pardon Services Canada within 14 days from the application date. All cancellations are subject to a $200.00 plus tax Administration Fee per service. Requests for cancellations made after 14 days will not be refunded.
  11. All services are subject to Taxes and Disbursements (Government and Administration Fees) and may change at any time.
  12. Pardon Services Canada specializes in obtaining Canadian Pardons, US Entry Waivers and related services only. Should the client require legal advice, they are advised to consult a Lawyer.
  13. Each service package has a list of features which are included with the service, depending on the amount paid. A detailed list of these features can be found on the client portal account or on our website.
  14. Restriction on Use of Materials - All material, information and content (collectively “Content”) available through Pardon Services Canada, including the Services are the sole property of Pardon Services Canada, its registrars, affiliates and/or licensors. All rights reserved.
  15. Trademarks - All product, brand and company names and logos used or any of the Services may be the trademarks or registered trademarks of their respective owners.
  16. User Conduct - In consideration of the availability, and the client’s use, of Pardon Services Canada Services, the client agrees to comply with all applicable laws and these Terms and Conditions when using this Pardon Services Canada Services.
  17. Modifications - Pardon Services Canada reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to add to, remove, modify or otherwise change any part of these Terms and Conditions, in whole or in part, at any time. Except as otherwise expressly contemplated herein, changes will be effective when notice of such change is provided to the client. If any change is not acceptable to the client, the client must discontinue the client’s use of this Pardon Services Canada Services immediately. The client’s continued use of Pardon Services Canada’s Services after any such notifications will constitute acceptance of those changes.
  18. Dealing with Third Parties - The client acknowledges and agrees that client correspondence or business dealings with any third parties, including any merchants or advertisers, found through, Pardon Services Canada’s Services, including payment for and delivery of related goods and services, and all other terms, conditions, representations and warranties related to such dealings, are solely as between the client and such third parties.
  19. Limitation of Liability - the client expressly understands and agrees that in no event shall Pardon Services Canada (PSC), Inc., including its affiliates and licensors, be liable for any damages whatsoever, including any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages, and any damages for loss of profits, savings, goodwill or other intangible losses, regardless of whether Pardon Services Canada (PSC), Inc. had been advised of or could have foreseen the possibility of such damages, arising out of or in connection with: (a) the use, inability to use or performance of any of the services of pardon services Canada (PSC), Inc.,, or (b) any unauthorized access to or modification to any of the client content or transmissions, or (c) any other matter relating to Pardon Services Canada (PSC), Inc., services.
  20. Termination - The client acknowledges and agrees that Pardon Services Canada, in its sole and absolute discretion, may, without notice to the client, suspend or terminate the client’s account or the client’s use of, or access to, Pardon Services Canada’s Services, and remove and discard any information or content related to Pardon Services Canada’s Services (and the client’s use thereof), for any reason, including where Pardon Services Canada believes that the client has violated any of these Terms and Conditions. The client further agrees that Pardon Services Canada shall not be liable to the client or to any other person as a result of any such suspension or termination. If you are dissatisfied with the Pardon Services Canada Site or any of the Services or with any terms, conditions, rules, policies, guidelines, or practices of Pardon Services Canada in operating the Pardon Services Canada Site or any of the Services, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using this Pardon Services Canada Site or any of the Services.
  21. This agreement is personal to the client, and the client may not assign their rights or obligations to anyone. These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between Pardon Services Canada and the client pertaining to the client’s use of Pardon Services Canada’s Services and supercede any prior agreements between the client and Pardon Services Canada with respect to the subject matter hereof. Pardon Services Canada’s failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any right or provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute or be construed as a waiver of any right or provision. If any of the provisions (or parts thereof) contained in these Terms and Conditions are determined to be void, invalid or otherwise unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such determination shall not affect the remaining provisions (or parts thereof) contained herein.
  22. Fair Use Policy (FUP) – This policy enables us to manage our staff and resources, as well as our service providers, so we can maintain an ongoing positive experience for all our clients. The FUP for “basic level” clients is one email consultation per month; “standard level” clients have access to two email/telephone consultations per month; “expedited level” clients have access to four email/telephone consultations per month. Inquires/consultations cannot be carried over to subsequent months. Excessive use of our client services by any particular client impairs our ability to offer services at reasonable prices to other clients. Each additional inquiry/consultation will be billed at $35 per occurrence. Our offices regularly send out updates as necessary. Our online portal is available 24/7 to check the progress of your file.
  23. Content Linked to Website - Please note that certain links on this Pardon Services Canada Site may take you to other websites. Pardon Services Canada provides these links only as a convenience and not as an endorsement by Pardon Services Canada. These linked sites are not necessarily under the control of Pardon Services Canada. If you decide to visit any linked site, you do so at your own risk and it is your responsibility to take all protective measures to guard against viruses and other destructive elements. Pardon Services Canada is not responsible for the content of any such linked sites or any other web page which is not part of this Pardon Services Canada Site and under Pardon Services Canada’s control. Unless otherwise expressly provided, Pardon Services Canada makes no representation or warranty regarding, and does not endorse, any linked site or the information, products or services appearing thereon. Accordingly, you agree that Pardon Services Canada will not be responsible or liable in any way for the accuracy, relevancy, copyright compliance, legality, or decency of material contained in any site linked from this Pardon Services Canada Site.

Service Agreement | Record Suspension

In consideration of the payment of service fees, PARDON SERVICES CANADA (PSC) will complete the necessary documentation for an application for a Record Suspension for the above named applicant.

PSC guarantees, on behalf of the above applicant, to have your application for a Record Suspension accepted by the Parole Board of Canada or the service fee will be refunded in full. The guarantee is VOID if:

  • the applicant fails to meet the good conduct criteria set by the Parole Board of Canada,
  • the applicant has not satisfied his or her sentence, including the payment of any fines, surcharges or restitution,
  • the applicant is found to have committed a sexual offence against a minor (Schedule 1 offence),
  • or if the applicant is found to have been convicted of more than three (3) indictable offences, for which there was a sentence of two (2) or more years,
  • the RCMP certifies that no criminal record exists, or
  • the applicant does not meet the eligibility requirements stipulated by the Criminal Records Act of Canada or if the law pertaining to Record Suspensions changes.

The applicant agrees that there will be additional fees for disbursements and administrative fees, which include the Parole Board of Canada filing fee which is currently $631 CDN. All fees are non-refundable.

PSC will make every effort to process the application expeditiously. File processing times vary and are contingent on response periods of the courts, police departments, and the Parole Board of Canada so an actual completion date cannot be predetermined.

PSC will discontinue processing the application if unable to contact the applicant, mail is returned undelivered with no change of address notification received, or if disbursements and fees are not paid in a timely manner.

PSC agrees to hold all applicant information in strictest confidence and in accordance to the terms and conditions of The Privacy Act. The applicant acknowledges that PSC may, from time to time, receive correspondence from various government agencies and police departments via Canada Post that is addressed to the client, care of PSC. Further, the client grants PSC permission to open and process any such correspondence. PSC agrees to destroy all file information in possession upon completion.

PSC is not responsible for changes in applicant eligibility or increases in disbursement or administrative fees resulting from changes in legislation or policy at any level. The applicant acknowledges that any such change are beyond the control of PSC and agrees to abide by any new regulations or fees that results from such changes.

The applicant confirms that all information provided to PSC is true and correct to the best of his/her knowledge.

The applicant also confirms that he/she has read and agreed to all the terms and conditions as outlined in this Agreement.

Service Agreement | US Entry Waiver

In consideration of the payment of service fee, PARDON SERVICES CANADA (PSC) will assist in obtaining the necessary documentation for the US Waiver application on behalf of the above named applicant. The applicant acknowledges that in approximately six (6) months time, additional disbursement and administrative fees will be incurred and be payable by the applicant. Fees are non-refundable.

PSC cannot provide assurance that the applicant will be successful in receiving a Waiver from the United States Department of Homeland Security (DHS). The applicant acknowledges that once the Waiver application has been prepared and delivered to the client, it is the responsibility of the client to submit the application directly to DHS and, once the application is submitted, DHS will only communicate directly with the applicant. The applicant is aware that a filing fee must be paid to the DHS at the time of submission. This current filing fee is $585 US, but may be subject to change.

PSC will discontinue the processing of the application if is unable to contact the applicant, mail is returned and no change in mailing address has been received, or if disbursements and fees are not paid in a timely manner.

PSC agrees to hold all information in strict confidence and in accordance with the terms and conditions of The Privacy Act.  The client acknowledges that PSC may from time to time receive correspondence from various government agencies and police departments via Canada Post that is addressed to the applicant, care of PSC. The applicant grants PSC permission to open and process any such correspondence. Further, upon completion, PSC agrees to destroy all information it has held in support of the Waiver application.

PSC is not responsible for changes in applicant eligibility or additional disbursement or administrative fees resulting from changes in legislation or policy at any level. The applicant acknowledges that any such changes are beyond the control of PSC and agrees to abide by any new regulations or fees that result from such changes.

The applicant confirms that all information provided to PSC is true and correct to the best of his/her knowledge.

The applicant also confirms that he/she has read and agreed to all the terms and conditions as outlined in this Agreement.

Service Agreement | Canadian Entry Waiver

In consideration of the payment of service fee, PARDON SERVICES CANADA (PSC) will assist in obtaining the necessary documentation for the Canadian Waiver application on behalf of the above named applicant. The applicant acknowledges that in approximately six (6) months time, additional disbursement and administrative fees will be incurred and be payable by the applicant. Fees are non-refundable.

PSC cannot provide assurance that the applicant will be successful in receiving a Waiver, from Citizen and Immigration Canada (CIC) The applicant acknowledges that once the Waiver application has been prepared and delivered to the client, it is the responsibility of the client to submit the application directly to Citizen and Immigration Canada (CIC) and, once the application is submitted, Citizen and Immigration Canada (CIC) will only communicate directly with the applicant. The applicant is aware that a filing fee must be paid to the Citizen and Immigration Canada (CIC) at the time of submission.

PSC will discontinue the processing of the application if is unable to contact the applicant, mail is returned and no change in mailing address has been received, or if disbursements and fees are not paid in a timely manner.

PSC agrees to hold all information in strict confidence and in accordance with the terms and conditions of The Privacy Act.  The client acknowledges that PSC may from time to time receive correspondence from various government agencies and police departments via Canada Post that is addressed to the applicant, care of PSC. The applicant grants PSC permission to open and process any such correspondence. Further, upon completion, PSC agrees to destroy all information it has held in support of the Waiver application.

The applicant acknowledges that any such changes are beyond the control of PSC and agrees to abide by any new regulations or fees that result from such changes.

The applicant confirms that all information provided to PSC is true and correct to the best of his/her knowledge.

The applicant also confirms that he/she has read and agreed to all the terms and conditions as outlined in this Agreement.

Client Portal Use

1. Registration

In order to access some features of the Site, including uploading Content to and downloading some Content from the Site, you must register as a client and get access to our client portal. You may not use another person’s registration. When registering with us, you must provide accurate and complete information.

You are solely responsible for the activity that occurs on your registered account for the client portal, and you must keep your password secure. You must notify Pardon Services Canada customercare@pardonservicescanada.com immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your registered account.

2. Displayed Username

If you wish to register for the client login, Pardon Services Canada recommends that you use a pseudonym (not your real name) as your username when such a change is prompted, provided always that you should not intentionally use the name of another person.

3. Uploading of User-Created Content

If you wish to submit your Content through the client portal you must:

a)    complete the appropriate Upload Form;
b)    obtain and retain all necessary fully completed authorisations and consents as referred to in the Upload Form; and

By doing so you are allowing Pardon Services Canada to use that Content in accordance with the permissions you have granted when registering for the client portal.

4. Liability

You agree to indemnify and keep indemnified Pardon Services Canada against any liability, costs and damages arising from a misuse by you, or another, of the client portal. This includes, but is not limited to, a stolen account.

You shall be solely responsible for your own Content and the consequences of publishing it for the viewing of Pardon Services Canada’s client specialists for the purposes of completing an application and letting you track its progress.
