Eligibility for Waiver

You are eligible for a U.S. entry waiver at any time.

There is no waiting period required before you may submit an application for a US Entry Waiver. The granting of a waiver is based on three factors:

• The risk of harm to the U.S. if you are admitted
• The seriousness of your offence(s)
• The weight given to your purpose for entering the US

Being successful with an application to the United States DHS for a Waiver can be challenging. Without our assistance, the process can be time-consuming, foreign, difficult and lengthy.
