When you apply for a Premium US Entry Waiver, we do most of the work for you. Also, we use our connections and technology to make the process move as quickly as possible.     • Obtaining a Certified copy of your Criminal Record from the Canadian Police Information Centre (CPIC) in Ottawa. The record will list all your convictions throughout Canada.
    • Obtaining copies of the documents at each court in which you were convicted, as necessary.
    • Reviewing all forms and files for any errors or omissions.
    • Preparing the petition to the Department of Homeland Security on your behalf.
    • Receiving and managing all communications from the police, courts and Department of Homeland Security.

    In addition, Premium Service includes:

    • Our process in applying for a Waiver involves providing a letter of circumstance describing your offence(s) and your reasons for entering the United States. We will have a personally assigned service specialist to assist you to formulate this letter.
    • If you have urgent, humanitarian reasons for entering the United States before your waiver is granted, we will assist you to obtain a temporary permit, or Advanced Parole to enter the United States.
    • Providing a personally assigned case management team to answer your questions.
    • Providing signed, written confirmations that you have applied for a Waiver to third parties including in the letter the name of the assigned Files Manager to call and confirm the letter.
    • Providing a bound copy of the United States Immigration and Nationality Act which governs the granting of waivers and your legal rights.
    • Providing photocopies of requested documents at no additional charge.
    • A waiver renewal fee of $495.00, with continued Premium Service.
    • Sending your documents by secured, priority mail.
